Pleasant texture and a wonderfully fresh fragrance, the cream is absorbed immediately and the hands are silky soft.

I love it too much and I can see the difference

I have not received my package after 3 weeks and unfortunately no feedback after I contacted customer service. I hope I will still be helped and that this is an isolated case!!!

-It took 14 days from order to delivery, this was already my fifth order with Pin up Secret, the shipping time was much shorter for all previous orders - now the biggest disappointment, my delivery was not complete, of 3 ordered Crème sans Huile only 1 pack was delivered to me! I contacted the customer service on the day of delivery via the contact form on the website and described my problem. You have to be patient for 4-5 days to get an answer, meanwhile 6 days have passed and I have not received any feedback! I paid for the ordered goods in advance via Paypal, but have not received a refund for the items that were not delivered to me! My worst buying experience with Pin up Secret so far. I am extremely disappointed!

Everything worked perfectly, I can't say much about the products yet as I've only used them a few times.

Always happy to return. Delivery just took a little long.

super

Shipping takes too long

Still a fan of the products and a very serious site

5 out of 5 stars!!!!

Mega. I have my very blemished skin under control.

Hello, the soap burns my eyes. If I had known that, I wouldn't have bought it. What a pity :((

I read a lot of reviews and am always pleased when they are correct. I am absolutely satisfied with these products. I searched for a loooong time (for years), but nothing could ever help me. Until I saw the goat's milk soap on Insta. Of course, it varies from skin to skin, but it was really worth it for me. The only downside is that I can only ever buy it when an influencer advertises it. I can never get it myself. But it doesn't matter, it also gives you a discount.

Package conforms as usual received on time thank you pin a secret

Fast shipping and delivery. Top products as always.

Very mild soap with a pleasant scent

A loyal user for almost 5 years. In addition to being effective, it's a real pleasure to use.

I ordered from Pinup Secret for the first time and unfortunately, based on my experience, I'm not thrilled! At first I found it very strange that you have to pay an extra €2.50 to have your order delivered to your home, but you don't have to pay this fee if you collect it from the delivery service provider. I have never experienced this before. As a customer, you are not given any tracking information. My order was supposedly dispatched on April 24 and finally arrived on May 7. Until then, I had tried to contact customer service in every possible way to ask about the whereabouts of my products. The numerous messages I sent via the contact form remained unanswered, and unfortunately a telephone number stored with Klarna is not assigned. After the parcel arrived yesterday, which I no longer expected, I received a message saying that I could see that the parcel had been delivered. Conclusion - unfortunately neither customer- nor solution-oriented and I hope that the quality of the products, which are praised in all social media, is more convincing than the non-existent customer service.

I simply cannot tolerate the goat's milk soap and have already written to customer service twice within two weeks to return it. I just don't get an answer. What a shame, a wasted purchase!

Unfortunately, my order had a delivery time of almost 2 weeks. The products are now being tested 👍. Feedback is only possible afterwards.

Very good buying experience.

Yes, it was perfect.
