The gift I chose was not in the package and the bottle of gentle exfoliating skin care was open and leaked slightly. I sent an email following receipt of my order but have not heard back to date. I am rather disappointed even if the products are of good quality

I am very pleased with my soap. It's a pity that it was very damaged during transport, the simple envelope and the little bubble wrap in which it was sent was not enough to protect it. The poor soap was completely dented everywhere, I was close to sending it back to you.

I placed a first order and my package was empty but the customer service department sent me back my product quickly enough. However no commercial gesture was made for the inconvenience.

The soap is sent in an envelope, without message, without order, without business card nothing, I understand better why "the influencers" are advertising it... Being a designer myself, in all my packages there is a little attention, a business card, the order form. In short, I hope the product will be of good quality after several uses.

I think the cream is not adapted to my skin type and maybe not to my age either. The soap dries the skin a lot and the cream is not moisturizing enough. It's a shame... So I think I'll use the soap for my son's pimples problems but for the cream, it won't help anyone unfortunately... It's a pity I couldn't try it before with samples for example.

Hi, usually I am delighted with Pin up secret but in this case I am disappointed with the service. Ordered on November 2 and received only on the 12th, upon receipt of the package, the exfoliating treatment had leaked.

A lot of advertising for poor quality. An after-sales service that is not very explicit. The smell of the products is not pleasant. The products leave a dry skin, the day cream is sticky and the mask causes unpleasant tingling for the skin to the point of being forced to remove it for fear of being burned. The only positive point is the packaging.
