Package received in a box and bubble wrap. The pretty Pin up secret box that we see on the site is non-existent. No invoice inside; no explanatory note on the products. I received a product in addition, as there is nothing written on it I had to search on the internet to know what it was. So rather disappointed with the "neat" packaging

Great products but arrived damaged despite the protective bubbles. The plastic around the soap was torn and the brush dented. But probably because of the carrier.

Bought 2 boxes during black Friday and received them in bulk in a box with bubble wrap, too bad there was no nicer packaging for a box.

I received it on time and have been using it for over a week now, but I haven't seen much change yet. The soap used as a mask stings my face slightly. I took the soap and the precious cream but I can't say anything about the two products for the moment.

The whole order is perfect except for the oil free cream. It was probably opened, the product leaked out and the pump is damaged. We would like to exchange or replace it? I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely

The products sting the skin. I'm afraid of allergies so I don't use them. And considering the price, I'm disappointed...

Given the cost of the products, it would have been obvious to send the product box in a packaging other than a damaged cardboard box with the bulk products inside, especially since the box is to be offered. Very very limited, I would even say petty.

Great product but a little disappointed by the peeling without grain, not enough cleansing for me and yet I have no skin problem. if I leave the soap in mask 5 minutes it stings me a little

The gift I chose was not in the package and the bottle of gentle exfoliating skin care was open and leaked slightly. I sent an email following receipt of my order but have not heard back to date. I am rather disappointed even if the products are of good quality
