The delivery is a bit long

Disappointed by the galenic of the product and its smell

The product looks good, it's only been a few days so I can't give an opinion on the use. On the other hand, regarding the packaging, tracking etc, very disappointed. The soap is sent in an envelope, without message, without order, without business card nothing, I understand better why "the influencers" are advertising it... Being a designer myself, in all my packages there is a little attention, a business card, the order form. In short, I hope the product will be of good quality after several uses.

I think the product should still be good but then the packaging leaves a lot to be desired, I can't offer it as is, the label is completely off... I'm disappointed compared to my first order

I have received my order and I am very pleased with the service.

Surprised by the yellow colour of the three soaps I received because I have been using them for a year and they were always very white until now. To see if there are any differences when using them.

Pretty good soap, smooth skin after using this soap but hey... Not as miraculous as all these influencers say... I find it good yes it leaves a smooth and clean skin, but in no way it makes all the imperfections disappear as all these influencers say..

I think the cream is not adapted to my skin type and maybe not to my age either. The soap dries the skin a lot and the cream is not moisturizing enough. It's a shame... So I think I'll use the soap for my son's pimples problems but for the cream, it won't help anyone unfortunately... It's a pity I couldn't try it before with samples for example.

Certainly a very good product, but not for my skin which dried out on the chin and cheeks plus pimples in short it was not the right product for my skin.

Hi, usually I am delighted with Pin up secret but in this case I am disappointed with the service. Ordered on November 2 and received only on the 12th, upon receipt of the package, the exfoliating treatment had leaked.

A lot of advertising for poor quality. An after-sales service that is not very explicit. The smell of the products is not pleasant. The products leave a dry skin, the day cream is sticky and the mask causes unpleasant tingling for the skin to the point of being forced to remove it for fear of being burned. The only positive point is the packaging.

After 5 days of use I have more pimples than before

Hello, I am disappointed with the products I bought. The smell of the goat milk soap is really too strong and not natural ... Moreover, following the use of this first week: red patches appeared on my face and my skin is even drier than before using the products.

Cleanses the face but does not reduce spots

I like the soap because it improves the quality of my skin by refining it. However, I find that I have dry areas around my nose. You really need to moisturize. I also used the oil-free cream but I didn't like it. The gentle scrub is good too.

The box was damaged and all the creams were upside down in their boxes. When we opened the creams everything was stuck to the plastic between the jar and the lid. It would be nice if there was a small sheet with the instructions for using the products because the boxes are thrown away. Otherwise I am satisfied with the products for the moment, to see after a longer use.

After 2 weeks of use I still don't see any results.
