My order did not arrive on the day indicated

After an order cancelled for non-payment which was not a payment. I have contacted the sav who has then responded and satisfied my request. I received my order and it was fine.

Very good site. Ordered quickly and shipped.

I've been using it morning and night for a week now, and so far I've had even more pimples...to be seen over a month

I am disappointed because I had received a message that an error occurred in the delivery of my package. We are doing everything possible to get it back on its way. And on receipt the soap was very damaged! Even broken 😞

Great soap, however the delivery was very long and delayed by 4 days... too bad

I have ordered 3 times and unfortunately on my 2nd order I did not receive a product. I sent an email and no answer I am disappointed and I am afraid to order again and yet I like the products.

Soap very good I find the cream without oil not moisturizing enough and the peeling useless. I do not recommend the peeling

The products are good but too expensive. It's a pity I won't be able to renew my purchases

The soap is exceptional. The scrub and the oil-free cream are much less so... Too bad.

The quality of the products is really great but if you add the colissimo fees + the customs fees it is very expensive and does not encourage to order again.

The products are good, but every time I have a problem with the delivery. Either it takes a long time, or, like this time, the delivery people say they couldn't deliver on the day they said they would (I don't know why) and I end up having to pay 22CHF to pick up my parcel at a relay point. It's really annoying.

The soap is good but it dries the skin so it's mandatory to buy the soap + moisturizing oil combi

One of the creams leaked in my package. I find that it smells strong except for the oil-scented cream which smells very good. I'm 47 years old with no problem skin. Is it really for me?

I received the products quickly and they seem to be of good quality. Nevertheless, since I started using them (about 2 weeks), I seem to have more pimples than usual. The feeling of a washed face is good, but after more than 15 days of using the different pin up products, I have a lot of pimples, even though I wanted to use them to remove spots (still present) and blackheads on my nose (also still present). Fast and efficient delivery. The package should be accompanied by a consumer brochure, a flyer on the range, the mode of use ... It lacks glamour!

The scrub doesn't have enough grains for a proper exfoliation, the purifying mask contains wax, which leaves a soft effect but I'm not sure it's a good idea on an oily skin, personally it makes me uncomfortable, the oil-free cream I find it too rich, I use it on the body The packaging is nice. I'm not very happy with my purchase, I won't buy it again.
