I received an email from UPS asking me to pay additional fees in order to be delivered

I have been using the products for over a year on my combination skin with few imperfections. The products have improved my skin little but I appreciate their texture and fragrance.

I find that the soap dries out the skin a bit.

The mask soap is quite aggressive for my skin, the cream is good but smells very strong. The hand and foot creams are good 😉

Cleanses the face but does not reduce spots

I like the soap because it improves the quality of my skin by refining it. However, I find that I have dry areas around my nose. You really need to moisturize. I also used the oil-free cream but I didn't like it. The gentle scrub is good too.

Expensive for a soap that for the moment I do not see anything special

The box was damaged and all the creams were upside down in their boxes. When we opened the creams everything was stuck to the plastic between the jar and the lid. It would be nice if there was a small sheet with the instructions for using the products because the boxes are thrown away. Otherwise I am satisfied with the products for the moment, to see after a longer use.

After 2 weeks of use I still don't see any results.

I like the product but the last soap I received was yellow in colour

I tested the precious cream I don't like the feeling after I put it on my face, I still have blemishes on my face, I find the range expensive. I wonder if this range is made for my skin. The box is very nice, but considering the price it would have been nice to include a soap box.

I'm happy with the products but I had a bad surprise when I opened my product, the packaging was faulty and my cream fell on the floor, the bottle broke... so I didn't even have time to try it...

The 2 creams do not moisturize my skin even though I use a lot of them, but I notice a change in my skin. I have no more spots and less pimples.

Delivery a little long

So I've been testing the products for 15 days. I bought the soap, the scrub and the cream. The soap is sumpa and the smell is pleasant... The scrub top And the cream I can not use the bottle is broken. For the after-sales service they are not very pleasant.

After I placed my order I received the precious cream which looks like curd. I sent a picture of the cream and they sent me back a new jar of cream. I just wish I had a gesture for my next order. Because it's not normal to have received a product like that, especially with my skin problems.

This is a very personal opinion but I find that the products smell strongly of perfume, and I have sensitive skin so it is not very suitable for me.
