I've been using the oil-free cream and goat's milk soap for the past 3 months, in conjunction with Parantaga's Skin & Digestion treatment, and I've had virtually no acne caused by food intolerance (milk, eggs, gluten), which hasn't happened to me for 3 years! Frankly, I'm won over.
