My life is that I am disappointed with my purchase the cream gives me pimples nothing to do with what the ads say very very disappointed

The products are good, but every time I have a problem with the delivery. Either it takes a long time, or, like this time, the delivery people say they couldn't deliver on the day they said they would (I don't know why) and I end up having to pay 22CHF to pick up my parcel at a relay point. It's really annoying.

The soap is good but it dries the skin so it's mandatory to buy the soap + moisturizing oil combi
