Does not solve the skin problems, to see with time...pleasant texture

Long delivery time

I don't think they are natural products. Ever since I started, my eyes have been itchy. So I already stopped. One week o Wow. I'm very disappointed that this product doesn't work for me. I thought it would!

My order didn't contain a box even though I ordered a set 🤷🏾♀️, disappointed on that point but for the rest it's still the same quality 😁

Shared for now. Out of 3 orders, the first one was pretty good, the second one was a disaster. I never received my package which was sent to a relay 30 km from my home. The only time I was able to go there I was told that it was picked up by someone else. The only time I was able to go there I was told that it was picked up by someone else, but the parcel was finally at the relay, so I wasn't going to drive 60 km again. More than a month to be reimbursed. And the last order very satisfied very fast. The products, I love the soap and the cream without oil but not yet effective enough for my oily skin, I still shine a lot.

The hydration is not bad... but the smell does not correspond to me...

Goat's milk soap is an excellent product....but I wouldn't say the same about the others:(

Very good products which I am very satisfied with! However, I placed an order to benefit from a promotional offer and I did not get the advertised offer. Despite my emails to customer service, my request was not taken into account. I am therefore dissatisfied with the management of customer relations.

I bought this soap because everyone talks about it and it is great for acne. So I tried it when I was in the middle of a crisis and yes it helped the pimples to dry and go away faster but on the other hand it dried and burned my skin especially on my forehead and cheek and I became quite red... so I will only use it some days when I really have a good crisis of pimples but on a daily basis it is too aggressive for my skin.

Good product but I would have liked a stand to make it easier to store. On the other hand, it leaves my skin a little dry despite good overall hydration, but it does remove redness over time

In fact I am divided! The order arrived very quickly, the soap is very well noted and it is really great, but, and this is my problem, the cream without oil is very very badly noted! 19.8 for the soap and 2.2 for the cream! Big disappointment! Even if I think to continue to use the soap...I have skin problems since years and it is the 1st product which is effective

I have received the product and it is very good. I have been very satisfied with the service and the quality of the product and I am very pleased with the service.

The packaging leaves something to be desired, the soap is delivered in bubble wrap and is quickly stuffed into an envelope. Can certainly do better.

I am not too happy this time with my order because I received the soap already it is not white like the previous ones I had and the smell is not the same either, I do not know if I would recommend it.

The soap/mask looks good for drying out blemished areas. However, the packaging/wrapper it comes in is disappointing (no effort made on the packaging, poor quality impression) and upon arrival the soap has a very strong and unpleasant smell (which does not give the impression of coming from natural ingredients).

Too expensive for my taste despite a 30% discount, frankly the soap is top, to see in a few weeks if my skin improves, for now my skin is really soft and my pimples healed faster. I'll also have to see if after stopping the product my skin doesn't become worse than before, because I've seen a lot of negative reviews from consumers who had this problem, as if the skin was becoming dependent and that we were almost obliged to continue, so we'll see...

The smell of the products does not suit me, I find that the exfoliant has an alcohol smell that I do not like.

I love the products but the shipping needs to be reviewed. I received a big box full of plastic for two soaps. I think that the ecology and branding are not good enough.
