Super product for the essential box but when I make contact because I am missing a product purchased next to the box I am sent back to colissimo because the weight of the package left with them and normal but the package was unopened when I received it and colissimo tells me to check with my order site. No refund or return for the missing product.
Hello, Since 2023 the brand has changed the composition of its goat's milk soap, which I find really disappointing given its effectiveness before that date.

The cream had its tablet broken, so it was open! I was very disappointed, but I kept it anyway, disappointed at the lack of attention. Feedback from a customer who tested it? not you, the product is brand new and therefore never opened, otherwise it would be sent as a sample, wouldn't it?
