A product is missing. On the same day I received it, I sent an e-mail with a photo of the contents. A few days later I received an e-mail asking me to send a photo of the contents, which I had already done, and photos of the package and label. I replied to this e-mail with the fifferent photos requested. Since then I've had no news... not even about receiving the photos... So for the moment I'm not very happy...
