The package was perfect but the delivery took too long.

Literally ruined my face... ultra dry and hyper dehydrated skin after 2 days of use. With red rings of irritation. So I stopped using it and started using nivea cream to rehydrate my face, which still hasn't regained its suppleness after a week...

I bought the products because I have rosacea. After a week, the plaques are more numerous. So I stopped using the soap and the precious cream. I will try again in a few days to see if the sudden appearance of the patches is linked to the use of your products.

Very poorly packaged item for the price! The soap aggresses my skin if I use it as instructed. I would use it sparingly for sensitive skin.

I have psoriasis on my face, so I ordered this cream. I find that it is not moisturizing and nourishing enough. Not even 2 minutes after application, I feel that my skin pulls again as if I had not put anything. I am very disappointed with this cream, which was touting its merits and its action against psoriasis.

Soap damaged by transport it was sent in a vulgar bubble envelope ... it's average for a soap at 20euros for the result game yet not enough used but it is very aggressive as soap I find ... see with time

Soap effective but with my sensitive skin it gives me big burning sensations. I don't like the smell at all. It smells a lot like tea tree.

I put 3 stars, because I think that the products ordered (goat milk soap and gentle exfoliating care) are not suitable for my skin type. After about 1 week of use, my skin has become extremely dry, I have red patches after application and I peel. Maybe it's a mandatory step before adaptation? It's a shame because I like the texture and smell of the products. And the follow-up and the sending of the order nickel!

I am rather mitigating because the soap is well textured the smell is great but for me it did not make miracles it did not decrease my pimples, and the big negative point is that the soap is already small after 1 month of use morning and evening so it is good otherwise apart from that it is good.
