Very good product

I took the milk soap in the end I have even more acne than Before 😥

I have psoriasis on my face, so I ordered this cream. I find that it is not moisturizing and nourishing enough. Not even 2 minutes after application, I feel that my skin pulls again as if I had not put anything. I am very disappointed with this cream, which was touting its merits and its action against psoriasis.

Soap damaged by transport it was sent in a vulgar bubble envelope ... it's average for a soap at 20euros for the result game yet not enough used but it is very aggressive as soap I find ... see with time

Reception a little long. I have been testing the products for a few days now, nothing to say except the smell which I am not a fan of.

Soap effective but with my sensitive skin it gives me big burning sensations. I don't like the smell at all. It smells a lot like tea tree.

I put 3 stars, because I think that the products ordered (goat milk soap and gentle exfoliating care) are not suitable for my skin type. After about 1 week of use, my skin has become extremely dry, I have red patches after application and I peel. Maybe it's a mandatory step before adaptation? It's a shame because I like the texture and smell of the products. And the follow-up and the sending of the order nickel!

I've had the soap + precious cream for almost a week now, I still don't see the results (or my skin has gotten worse). I hope that the claimed results will appear!

Delivery could be better. Cardboard a little damaged, luckily the cream doesn't break.

I bought the face peel, the precious complexion secret and the sublime silhouette secret. So rather satisfied with the sublime silhouette especially on dry areas. On the other hand, the other two have a repulsive smell. To the point of not using them again.

Some box in my package was damaged and the delivery took too long 12 days. I had to pay 22 francs for customs when I thought the delivery was free. I didn't think I had to pay for it when I placed my order through customs.

A bottle of skin care was open in my secret pin-up box and leaked everywhere. So I had to wash the box and everything in it and the bottle is no longer full.

I am rather mitigating because the soap is well textured the smell is great but for me it did not make miracles it did not decrease my pimples, and the big negative point is that the soap is already small after 1 month of use morning and evening so it is good otherwise apart from that it is good.

Delivery time much too long. Order placed on February 15 and parcel received on March 4, 2021. After several mails and phone call to get news about my package. I thought I had a commercial gesture from them but nothing. A little disappointed all the same.

I have psoriasis and frankly since I have been using soap plus cream nothing has changed I am quite disappointed because the influencers said it was THE miraculous PRODUCT.

Top product and delivery

I just received the products so I don't have enough perspective on the quality. All in accordance with the visual. Delay in delivery in view of the announced shipping date but very responsive customer service.

The products look good, I haven't seen any improvement yet but I haven't been using it for very long so I'll have to see. The soap is very good, the only drawback is that the gentle exfoliator may be a little too gentle, I don't think it really exfoliates.

Long delivery. Cause COVID OK but I had sent a message without any answer it's not great.
