Disappointed with customer service, I've been buying from them for a few years now, and on my last order I contacted them about a problem with the pump on my cream, which made it unusable. The response from customer service was "there's nothing we can do". They're always busy to sell, but after that, at the price of their products, the least they can do is respect their customers.

The product dries out my skin enormously and therefore inevitably creates excess sebum. This excess of sebum causes me a lot of pimples and blackheads. Maybe that's why I didn't buy your oil-free cream, but I don't think so because my skin is not comedogenic.

I've been using my soap for years and it works miracles. This time for the order of my 2 soaps were in a cardboard envelope I found that much more suitable than the small box My orders always arrive very quickly and there are always promo codes which is good because at full price products are still a little expensive. I can highly recommend the products and the seller.
