Unfortunately, my package was damaged during transport and a product is missing. I have now been instructed by customer service to wait, as you are in a legal dispute with the transport company. However, as a customer, I am not responsible for this and find it unacceptable that the missing product cannot simply be sent to me.

I can only give my clear recommendation. If you have skin problems or just want to do something good for your skin, this soap is simply great. It leaves a pure and gentle feeling after application on the skin, is very well tolerated, and is super easy to use. It has already helped me after just two applications on my face. The redness and impurities have quickly subsided. It has now become a fixed part of my care routine. Thank you!
