The products are good and I have been buying them for years. However, a lot has changed in the last year. The packaging has been changed, the pump no longer works well. Furthermore, incorrect products are regularly delivered and the customer service is rude, with the extra effort falling on the customer, and the customer service does not offer any compensation on its own. When a company repeatedly makes mistakes, the customer should not have to suffer on multiple levels.
I am very satisfied with the products. I use the goat milk soap every day and then alternate between Crème Précieuse and Crème Sans Huile. It refreshes and soothes my skin. Once a month, I also use the Oxy-Mineral Mask. It makes the skin beautifully soft. I can only recommend the products.
