Top product, but very disappointed with the delivery and due customer service on the last orders I've been waiting for more than 3 weeks without any response from them!

It's not the first time I test the product, I was seduced the first time by the results obtained, I made a new order recently, from a box in which there was an item missing. I found the response time to my complaint to be long but once I received the answer, everything went very quickly and I received the item quickly.

Excellent product. Fan of goat's milk soap and oil-free cream.

Very good products for some, less green for others... but the prices are not affordable enough in my opinion.

Some products are not true to their description on the site, such as the peeling which is only a very light exfoliation! Like the oil-free cream that does not protect against UVs.

I'm a fan of your goat's milk soap that's okay on Yuka! That's why I ordered body cream which is very bad according to Yuka!! Dangerous even!! I've been had!!!! That's a shame! I won't buy your soap.

Soap that cleans well and makes the skin soft, pleasant smell (It smells like lavender) but personally having a skin with imperfections I do it every day at the pimple level I always have "as many" it just makes my skin soft and cleans it well. I don't feel that this soap dries out my face, which is a good thing. As a perfect cleanser! Not to be confused with an "anti-blemish" for me 🙂

Unfortunately the cream gives me redness and dries out my skin thoroughly.

Hello, some of the product packages appear to have been opened. Indeed, some had a small sticker closing the lid of the box but not all. In addition, the packages not sealed by the sticker were damaged, torn... The creams do not seem to have been consumed but I did not find it very hygienic... What a cordial damage

I have neither stains nor acne so I can't say if it's effective or not, I was expecting a natural product however it's far from being the case, it could be chemical, I still find it cleans deeply and leaves a certain clarity to the face, bought because in promo -40 I won't buy it without expensive soap.
