Good product I can already see a difference!

Less and less serious. Lack of products in each order and packages take a long time to arrive, when they are not lost. Fortunately the after-sales service is at its best, but it is still very annoying.

Hyper drying or too oily products... I didn't necessarily have skin problems and a lot of blackheads and pimples have come out since I've been using it... I took the whole set but I'm a bit disappointed....

I had ordered a "box set" as agreed on your site. I received the products wrapped in bubble wrap !!! Imagine my disappointment because it is a gift for Christmas !!! Not professional at all, and I realized that I was not there alone. So I'm going to keep the products and I'm going to order a box from a competitor. Real shame.

Absolutely not convinced by the product, moreover not practical to apply on the skin.

Rather happy except I ordered a box of care and I received my products in bulk in a box so it's a shame especially during the Christmas period!

Since I've been using goat's milk soap I've had a crazy outbreak of pimples !!!! Impressive!! While I never had any pimples !!!! Except 1 or 2 before the appearance of my period. Otherwise the peeling and the cream are very good!

I could not yet evaluate the effectiveness of the products because it is a Christmas gift but at this price and for the occasion, I would appreciate a nice Christmas box if I already jacjete a "box"!

Product well packaged, package received on time. On the other hand for the moment level of efficiency I cannot give you a return. (Use since 15 days)

As much as I am an absolute fan of goat soap, I wanted to test the precious cream and it was an absolute disaster! My skin began to peel and burn for 2 days while I urgently switched to another moisturizer. Never again for me 😅 if you have sensitive or dry skin don't take it!

The first 4 uses caused me small pimple patches on my face knowing that I have a skin without basic imperfections. It lasted for a week as a kind of allergy in the cheekbones of the forehead and lower cheek... I insisted I use it again and now it's much better but I don't know if the reaction was normal? Here it is. Thank you

I received it pretty fast but in a paper so my soap was a little damaged.

Very good product but disappointed with the packaging. Not even in a nice box ...

I ordered the range soap, exfoliating care, precious cream and cream without oil the soap works well for my skin the cream dries my skin I think that during the summer it's cool because it's hot but winter for me it's not great otherwise the delivery was fast and the containers are very nice of the high range, too bad for me that it dries my skin I will try again during the summer.

I've been using it for about a week now and it's been going well except that today I've been in mask mode and after about 3m the mask is tingling and I don't think that's normal.

The package should be in hard cardboard because the soaps were dented all over...

Customer service that doesn't act...

Great delivery as usual. Normally I use goat's milk soap as a mask but I wanted to try the one in the black box. I don't find it exceptional but then it's true that it doesn't have any drying side of the skin and that's good.

Received quickly, as it describes on the site and 2 weeks that I use it not too much difference reduction of pimples, just drier skin than before just on the cheekbones and nose.

The products are very good but for a gift box without a gift box I'm really disappointed.

Personally I have redness, plaques and pimples normally it must be the opposite ☹️ disappointed after for the delivery a lot of delay 10 days of waiting at least, I continue to use the products but once a month I spent 80€ I do not want to throw them away but I order more because not effective on my skin it has damaged me the skin

Soap smells great. But so far (1 week since I started using the soap) I still don't have any change. I have an acne problem, with spots due to this acne, but since I use it there is no change. Maybe I have to wait a little longer to see the change.

Price much too high for the quality of the products. No real transparency (goats are no longer milked by hand in this day and age to make so much soap for example).

I am not at all satisfied with the packaging: a bubble wrap for a soap in plastic film is not enough to withstand all the shocks of transport. Neither tissue paper nor extra bubbles. For a gift, the soap is really not presentable because it is full of blows. At the price of the soap, I expected a more careful packaging.

Order still not received after 15 days....

Disappointed that my order is not in a box, especially since I took a range worth €135, the cardboard box is not too much of a gift!
