I've only been using it for 4 days and my skin already has a beautiful colour.

I'm thinking of solid soap, but the results are not there.

Having bought the PinUp Secret products to make my pimples and acne scars disappear, I am very disappointed because I have not seen any improvement after more than a month of intensive use. However, I am satisfied because my skin texture has improved.

It is a very good product the soap foams very well and the cream makes the skin very soft and the results are there.

Products very good but a little flat for the customer service, a little long and the answer is not always consistent with the question asked.

No communication from the customer service, only when the package arrived three weeks late they sent an email.

I have ordered twice and I am not disappointed by the product but by the packaging, the pump of the cream does not work on my 3 jars of oil-free cream and it's a shame because the cream is effective. Thank you for changing and opting for a pump that works properly it may justify the price!

Too bad the cream was damaged so couldn't use it.

I did not receive my full order. It was indeed an oversight on the part of the brand. The brand reacted quickly and sent me the missing product right away.

Products well received a little later than usual due to recent events. The negative point I find at the moment to the product and the smell.

The delivery is too long but otherwise the soap is great I recommend it.

Soap moisturizes the skin, but it doesn't take away pimples...

The products are well presented on the site and correspond perfectly to the products received. I ordered the pack consisting of the mask soap, the face peel and the precious cream. I was very disappointed by the cream which is not at all adapted to my dry and sensitive skin because after application my skin hardens and lacks elasticity, however nothing to say for the other 2 products. I am very fond of the mask soap which cleanses very gently and leaves your skin soft and satiny.

I was expecting more results.

During the twice-daily use, I saw an improvement in my skin texture (smoother) but I did not notice any effects at all on my recent acne scars or not, disappointed.... This does not correspond to the opinions written on the site, explaining the disappearance after a few days of use...

Not as exceptional as it sounds.

Delivery times are never respected and neither are the delivery points.

I tried pin-up but skin was good ! At the end of 2/3 days that I was using pinUp I had a lot of pimples but they went away after a week! I don't recommend pin-up at all for very dry skin! My sister tried it with oily skin and got twice as many pimples and on dry skin the same! And revenge I don't have as many pimple marks as I used to!

Hello, After using your products morning and evening for over a month I am satisfied with the smell but the effectiveness of the soap and cream does not have the one indicated by your company or the people who make commercial marketing ... it soothes the redness a little but did not alleviate it and it did not calm my skin problems or my acne. So I would say that I am not really satisfied with your products.

Good product

I can see that my skin is prettier but it's been almost a month and I still don't see any difference in the spots on my face.

I don't see any change unfortunately I still have as many pimples and scars despite using it as I said.

Cleanses the skin deep down but after a month of use I have many more pimples (big red pimples that hurt a lot) is this normal at the beginning of the treatments ?? I don't know.

Having had acne problems for over 14 years. I really wanted to give this line a last chance. For 2 weeks now I have been washing my face with it every day... and masks once or twice a week and for the moment I don't see too much difference... to be seen in a few weeks time.

Not very satisfied in all products

Very happy with the soap, a quality product however the oil-free cream for a week of use does not come out of the bottle. I must then constantly remove the tip... a little disappointed I could not use the whole bottle...

I don't have a real opinion on the product yet, you have to wait a little longer but the only difference is that my skin and less dry.

Too bad there are no explanations in the package on when to use a certain product. Also I had the oil-free cream or the push button doesn't work, and the only thing I got was sorry, we have more in stock, just cut off a piece and pump...

The products are highly effective! Nevertheless, the oil-free cream is rated 2/100 on Yuka because of the excessive amount of endocrine disrupting product, which bothers me greatly. In addition to being dangerous for Man and his health, these products are extremely harmful to the environment and his health... it's not because I'm unhappy with the products that I rate them badly, but because their bad composition bothers me. If the brand makes an effort on this point, I will buy the products back! If not, I'll switch to a more eco-friendly brand.

Cream and soap smell good and have a pleasant texture, but scrubbing is a scam!

Hello, The bottle of cream arrived broken, I sent an email to the service but still no response.

This goat's milk soap is not the miracle product. It burned my skin. It's not suitable for sensitive skin. Sensitive skin that tends to have redness should abstain.

Hello, I only get 3 stars for the satisfaction of the speed of delivery but I've been using the PinUp Secret products for a month now and unfortunately I'm still pushing buttons.

One feels that the skin is refreshed and protected however I have seen no difference in the amount of acne or just in phases so the results are not "definitive" to see in the long term....

For my part, the nickel foaming gel but the goat milk soap made plaques on my face and did not remove the pimples. I used it for 3 months.

I have been using it for 2 months now and I am delighted 😀

Ineffective soap that wears off much too quickly. A loss of product especially when making the mask.

A somewhat long delivery time may be due to the health crisis.
