Good but on the skin no hydration I am obliged to add vegetable glycerin.

The products are of good quality however Order 2 batches and receive only 1. That's a limit. I had to restart and wait 10 days for an answer with a simple excuse and without any gesture from pinup. 1 month to have my products paid 200€ is not great. Morality so that the order pickers don't make a mistake, you have to make one order per product!

Delivery always on top however I have been using the products for more than 6 months and I don't have too many results in relation to my skin problems.

Not too bad products that don't break bricks. A lousy customer service, really unworthy of the price of the products. I will never recommend the brand to the community.

Because I missed a product in my order that I'm still waiting to receive.

Great for acne. But watch out for scarring! I'm forced to use a spot cream...

Satisfied up to now two weeks, it cleans the skin well and feeling of clean skin, attention the soap dries quickly.

I found that customer service was slow to respond when I encountered an address problem that I wanted to fix quickly.

Products that cleanse the skin well, leaving it feeling soft and smooth... Contrary to the disappearance of stains I do not approve of this result yet !!!

The products are relatively expensive sometimes the goat milk mask stings me when I let it pose. Nevertheless, it leaves the skin clean and smooth and the smell is not unpleasant.

Extremely on top of the delivery guy! Aggressive on the phone. He dropped off my package 2 days after I got it on the phone while he was downstairs at my house!!! Shameful

Product delivered in a stupid paper wrapping, it looks like the product came from ali express! A LITTLE EFFORT FOR THE PRESENTATION

Soap received just in a bubble envelope. Packaging not adequate since the soap was damaged (broken in several places).

Good product but I have not yet been able to notice the changes in my scars and pimples.

For a week it was a real joy, then I had a big allergy in my face so I stopped. I'm going to try again to be sure of the origin of the allergy because I liked it.

After 1 month of use I still have pimples. Maybe a few less. The soap dries the skin very much after use.

I couldn't find any change, it dries out the pimples and the skin, but nothing more ! However they have a very good smell that I loved 🤩

I love soap, it works great. But on the other hand those who have a little dry skin do not take the oil-free cream.

The product irritated me a lot and dried out my skin due to my sensitive skin, but I'm not the only one to notice this dryness, I don't know if it's normal or not, as long as the product adapts.

Delivery level nothing to say received in 3 days knowing that I live in the DOM TOM. I have been using the products since January but I have fewer spots but the buttons go back and forth. But otherwise it makes a lot

Good product, a little expensive

I currently use soap and cream but the result remains the same i.e. my stains do not go away I still have pimples I am still disappointed.

Not having any acne problem I used the goat's milk soap and the exfoliator for my blackheads (I have a lot of them and nothing works). No evolution on this side... I was disappointed by these so-called miracle products. On the other hand my skin is very soft and much less dry. It "pulls" much less. These are very good products (I don't question the way they work for spots and acne, but for blackheads it didn't work despite my rigorous use).
