Unfortunately, I have not received any goods so far, as it was allegedly not possible to deliver them to the pickup store. A delivery to my address was not possible. For whatever reason.
I have been using goat milk soap for several years, it is part of my routine. It is pleasant and economical. I ordered the oil-free cream to complete my routine, can't wait to use it.

It is up to the shipping service provider. On March 24th, I received an email that I could pick up my package at the parcel shop. So I went there 3 days later only to be told that it is not there. The tracking shows that it is still in the distribution center. I find this very difficult, as I specifically went to the shop because of the email.
