I've never had so many pimples as with this soap... miracle results? That'll teach me to listen to reality TV "stars" paid to sell products at exorbitant prices and totally ineffective. Short trashcan direction for me.
The products didn't work, it's a scam! Expensive but not effective refund
A disaster in the after-sales service. I received the wrong product in my order, so far the after-sales service hasn't found a solution for me yet. This is outrageous and I am disappointed.

Lots of acne
The PinUp Secret products are truly quality products. On the other hand, the same cannot be said of the team and the after-sales service. During my first 2 orders, the selected relay point was not respected and my parcels were delivered contrary to my request. Today, I'm asking for home delivery, which is not at all convenient for me as I work and given the very light hours of the post office ..... It's always a pain to be delivered and to get your parcel back. In addition, my precious cream had been opened and was in bad condition. In spite of my emails and photos, no feedback from customer service. The products are great as long as we can pick up our package at the requested place and in good condition!

I've had tight skin and pimples. The cream is mega thick and the scrub doesn't erase anything.
I paid 56€ for the range and I don't use the precious cream or the soap. The soap dries the skin too much and I put the cream on as if I didn't do anything. Except for the scrub which is not bad.
Dry the skin! The products are not made in France 🙁

My first order went very well the second didn't. The package was delivered to a post office in another city than mine, even though I had requested delivery to my home.
I have never received my package and I am very disappointed. I do not recommend your company.
I received the product broken and in poor condition. I then sent an e-mail to notify customer service. After 48 hours I finally threw away the damaged product. I asked for a refund or a new product and the customer service refused. They then asked me to return the damaged product but I had already thrown it away. I specify that they asked me to return the damaged product 4 days after my complaint. They preferred to insinuate that it was my fault because I had thrown it away. They offered me a 50% discount code for the next purchase. I do not want to buy from them again. So I was robbed and I paid without any product.
The order placed on the 19-05-2006 was delivered within 7 days, a most impressive service. I had previously been paying a very high price through prescriptions from my local GP.
Pr the exorbitant price of soap a26e we estimate to have at least one soap holder something to put the soap and mm not a gesture for a first order at home and not a nice word! I won't order anymore

Hello I have sent several times emails saying that I did not completely receive my order I had made an order of two soap and a mask and an oil free cream and I received one soap and a mask and an oil free cream one soap is missing I paid for 2 soap and I only received one soap and I still have not heard back.

I don't like to dry the skin
Product to be leaked. Many people having "sold" the benefits of this product I was tempted by the soap and cream. After two weeks of use during which I persisted (it was said that these products brought out the pimples to eliminate them definitively afterwards) I finally gave up. My skin has never been worse. Pimples all over the place and I've never had acne. Red blotches and more. I'm aware that every person is different and that reactions and results can differ from person to person, but I just want to say that for my part, it has ruined my skin and the products are still very expensive compared to what you can find on many organic sites, selling products with almost the same compo and for a budget up to 3x cheaper.
I'm really disappointed, because I had high expectations from the products I've heard so much about. Unfortunately I don't see any change, on the contrary my skin is even worse and the precious cream is causing pimples.
Delivery not made at home as indicated but in a relay point located 40min away! Impossible to pick it up due to the reduced track hours (9h-12h) ???

Several orders made so far rather satisfied. Last order recently or an error was made on one of the products. I received a product with an apple scent even though I had ordered the coconut scent. So I contact the customer service who offers me to return the item and send me the voucher or a 50% discount on the product in question. Either take steps on my side or pay again to have the product originally ordered. In view of the unprofessional answers from the customer service my order will be the last one. With all the orders made for several months a simple return of product would have been more appreciated.
I still haven't received my product when I was supposed to receive it the next day.
