I did not receive my order as it should have been, some products have been replaced by other products I did not expect and did not want. So I sent an e-mail to which I haven't received a reply so far!

Soap hasn't changed my skin.

Zero product I am disappointed to have bought the soap of the money fucked up it sells us from the dream by making us believe that the buttons will go away . Shameful

The products are top nothing to say however I only received 3 products out of 5 and I do not understand

I'm extremely upset because this brand claims to make natural products that are locally manufactured, whereas they're Israeli products and they don't even have the courage to write made in Israel but just put the abbreviation IL. I won't buy their products anymore.

Not at all satisfied with my purchase and customer service. I ordered the Discovery Box, 2 out of 5 products were missing and out of the 3 I received one was not part of what I took.

Package not received. After-sales service much too long.

I have dry and sensitive skin, the products are not for me or my sister.

Not at all suitable for atopic skin (burns the skin very hard).

Twice I order and twice the moisturizer pump doesn't work! And in spite of the contacts no solution found then for the price to have a pump that does not work and can only use half of the product is grumbling.

Despite several uses, my skin still burns and stings as much when I apply it.

I won't use your products anymore because they burned my skin, I've had plaques and pimples and I've had a really bad experience...

Soap arrives to dent everything for a gift answer it does not change the usefulness this but it is not pretty to offer damage last order for me and bad publicity on insta

Too aggressive for my skin, dries and tightens my skin

I had to pay 3 times the shipping costs and wait 2 months before receiving my package.

I have never received a confirmation email with an order tracking number stating that my order has arrived safely at my door. Big lack of order tracking.

I'm not at all satisfied since I've been using it morning and evening to cleanse my skin and twice a week for the last 2 months I've had even more pimples than I've ever had before. I don't recommend this product as it has ruined my skin. Disgusted. I don't recommend but not at all your products. And all the lying that goes with it. !!!!!!!!!!

Service after very average and delivery time not respected

I don't see any change as I've been told I've had a rash of pimples and I'm very disappointed...

I thought I could rely on good products but micro cysts appeared and my dermatologist told me it was due to a cream. I only apply the cream without pinup oil, so I conclude that it is because of it that these cysts appeared.

Very disappointed, not with the quality of the products, but with the delay and lack of information!

After seeing the comments I thought why not give it a try, it looks great! Well, big disappointment for me ... and worse, an incredible hatred. After only 1 week of use, pimples appear... so far everything is fine since the skin should get used to it, blah blah blah. But when my face starts having red patches, dry patches and so on, I start to worry. Until day 8 when my face is burned... So I don't know what's in your products but I think the compo is up for review !!!! SCANDALOUS so much money for such a result.

Product that was badly closed so lost.mis mail customer service and no response disappointed. Otherwise pleasant product.
