Very bad experience, terrible delivery to a relay point 15km from my home, while I had asked for the relay point just in front of my home, at 1 minute, I could not pick up my package a week after receiving confirmation because of the relay point which is 15km from my home at very crazy times 8h-11h30 for a person who works his summer a galley to recover my package I had to pose a morning, great! Moreover in the parcel only the product no return label just in case and no order form. So lamentable to see for the product but already it's a disaster ...

I would like to inform you that I have received the product with no problems and am very pleased with the service. I have only been using the product for a few days so far so it hasn't been a great change but it cleanses very well but not to be used twice a day as it dries out the skin.

Hello, disappointed because the pump of my cream is not working ...

Goat's milk and cream soap without oil ordered twice. The first time it took forever for the package to arrive. Customer service is not responsive. The second time, the quality of the pump through which the cream comes out leaves something to be desired because to get the right amount of cream I have to press for a long time. These are good products but unfortunately if you are not an instagrameuse you are not entitled to the same quality service what a pity! I recommend the products, but only if the people who work at pinup manage the customer side better.

The order arrived well, I had ordered a cream, a soap and an exfoliant. Alas, after only two days of use, I had a lot of small pimples on my face, my skin became very dry (I have a very oily skin), in short, a catastrophe. I contacted the Pinup Secret service (on the plus side, they are very reactive) and I was told that this was completely normal because the soap has the property of bringing out all the impurities in order to eliminate them, but honestly I don't want to continue. I have been debited twice with different amounts when I ordered a single product, due to a payment error.

I don't find the product miraculous as promised I find I get more pimples and for the product I paid for I am not satisfied.

There is no difference and it is already 11 days that the product is in use. The influencers who advertise already have beautiful skin do skin care all the time and scam people.
