I received a broken product in its packaging, the oil-free cream... so very disappointed...

It dried out my face and gave me little pimples.

The pinup-secret soap will make a red stain appear under the eye it's been 2 months now that I have this stain, I have tried everything to make it go away and nothing was used I don't use the soap since the appearance of the stain. I don't recommend this product at all and yet I have heard positive opinions I am totally disappointed hoping that my stain will go away one day for the moment it's not going well.

I didn't even use the products for a week, I had patches on my face. I had very dry skin, even my lips. Even though I didn't have any skin problems before. Very disappointed, the products are not suitable for all skin types.

I'm allergic to this product!

The soap is fine but I didn't get the oil I ordered... The after-sales service tells me to check with the Post Office and doesn't want to deal with it. I'm disappointed.

I have ordered a special pack with a goat's milk soap, oil-free cream peeling and a free soap. I only received the soap and the peeling and pinpup put it back on the post office account without even trying to find a solution I paid for something I didn't receive I wouldn't recommend them even if their products are good!

Delivery and after-sales service more than deplorable ... In spite of the efficiency of the products ordered, I will no longer recommend them!

I find that the service is not good, I ordered my colli in July 2018 it's February 2019 and I finally received my colli. I had to pay 3,90€ more for the transport whereas the colli never arrived expensive me and I did not have to recommend to go to seek my coli at the post office or any... so I would not order any more expensive you and would recommend to nobody to come expensive you very disappointed?

I don't know if this is normal, but this product on me develops a lot of pimples and my face gets hot. So I stopped. Money thrown away. I love it.

Absolutely awful experience with customer service. My package arrived safely but damaged. The product was not in it. After contacting the customer service several times, sending photos and evidence, they inform me that it does not concern them and even refuse to refund me. They let me deal with the carrier. Might as well tell you that I would never receive my product and yet I was charged. I do not recommend at all the customer service is non-existent and incorrect with consumers. Shameful and absurd!
