I am always satisfied with the soap in particular, however I spent for more than 200 euro of product and I did not even have a gift in my order.

I have never had any problems with my order, the reception is fast. And I'm always satisfied with the products despite the overpackaging which I find a shame.

Very good product, I have the expected result a little downside for the price 27€ I find that it is excessive

This is not my first time ordering but my last experience was disappointing. I'm not talking about the quality of the products which I love, I'm talking about the customer service. On my last order, I was missing a product. I immediately reported it. I called back a week later. It's been 10 days and I have no answer, no refund, no return. Disappointed.

Fast delivery, quality products and very well packaged. This was my second order and it won't be my last.
