I thought I was gonna get a box with my products, but it was just put in a box...

I tested the goat's milk face soap. It's a great product. However, the brand is misleadingly advertising it. Indeed she proposed for Black Friday, a coupon code to get 40% off the order of her choice and free shipping. If the -40% was applied, the shipping costs were charged to me. The brand didn't want to know anything about it, claiming that I had chosen home delivery and not the post office delivery which was supposedly free. However, if I chose home delivery it is because no delivery option was free. Moreover, the advertisement mentioned "free delivery charges" without any additional details, so no delivery method should have been charged.

Average, average, I expected better than this, but cava.

Delighted with the delivery time, the packaging is respected. However I am disappointed with the presentation of the oil-free cream. Indeed, it is thick, and it's quite complicated to use it in a bottle because there is no fluidity. I don't question the thickness, because my skin really appreciates the texture, but just the bottle. I think it should be put in a jar because there might be a lot of loss.
