I received my package but with some products missing and one product not ordered. Error of the services of Pin Up Secret. Instead of sending me back the missing products, Pin Up Secret gives me a promo code at -50% to buy back the missing products under the pretext that I keep the extra product delivered by (their) mistake! I find this rather un-commercial and does not encourage me to place new orders with them when I had already placed many orders.

I love the oil free cream as a product but I don't like your name (asshole) your designs (the new one is so boring) and finally, the worst: your packaging! the old glass one was impossible to finish and this one is the same except that you can't see anything... at the exorbitant price of the products we would like not to lose a drop. Delivery a little long, but happy overall

I love the products. I've been using the mask soap, the oil-free cream and the scrub for a few months now. The only drawback is that the oil-free cream is too thick for the spray, so the first application is a bit tricky and I have to "unclog" it each time with water.

I am disappointed I have encountered problems in relation to the peeling I have sent an email but no one has replied to date
