I have not yet tested the product, but delivery is longer than expected and especially not delivered in the requested relay point but in the closest to my billing address which is located 1h10 from my current home (really not very practical).

The soap and creams are superb and effective, however, changing the bottle is the dispenser and defective and no solution from PinUp.

I placed the order with your website at the end of October but I still haven't received my order one month later. This inconvenience is due to the fact that my package has been shipped to a different relay point than mine. I do not doubt the quality of your products but the delivery of your goods still needs to be improved and checked. Your customer service is very fast but I remain disappointed.

Bad product

My opinion is mixed because I've been using it for a week and a half, and I need a lot more acne pimples than usual, otherwise my blackheads are gone, my skin is less oily. So I'll see you in the next few weeks.

Packages received fairly quickly, the product seems to be effective but we must see over time if the results appear. However the product smells strong.

Hello, I have received my package but I had to go and get it in another town than where I live outside I had clearly specified the post office where my package should be delivered.

The soap stings the skin but you can see that it is effective. The cream is greasy but it smells good, I only use it in the evening. The peel is too aggressive.

After several months of trying, I'm disappointed. I only took the soap. So in July I decide to take the soap. I had a few hot spots but nothing to worry about. Already after 2 weeks of use I had a lot of pimples that came out (a little bigger than heat pimples) and now it's November 10th I still use this soap I don't know why, maybe I didn't want to make a bad comment but here I still have these same pimples. I have an oily skin, I find that it matifies well but this problem of pimples on the cheeks is disappointing. Too bad!

So far I haven't seen any improvement in my skin. To see on the long term. On the other hand disappointed with the customer service. I received my cream without oil and the pump does not work. I sent an email and I was kindly told that they were out of the pump and couldn't send me one but that I just had to cut one end of the pump, that it should work. After doing the test it works every other time. I don't think it's serious !

You should sell the soap with a packaging because it is not very practical once opened and not very hygienic, otherwise the smell is nice and the soap is effective and not aggressive.

I find it a shame to receive the order in a vulgar envelope. Not very pleasant. Delivery problem. Regarding the product not much to say, I'm waiting to see the results.
