Parcel arrived two weeks after the order, no information transmitted. I had to call several times to find out when my package was going to arrive... But the soap is great, nothing to say, a little expensive but effective!

I received my order with half of the products I ordered.

Gives very dry, clean skin, not necessarily suitable for all skin types as an adviser!

In my package 2 packages of products were torn and unstuck, impossible to offer them in this state. Disappointed!

At the moment I have a lot of pimples that have come out, which I didn't have before, so I hope the soap doesn't give more acne because for the moment it does. I'll keep using it, I'll see what happens.

Received my package late. I did not get an email to notify me of a possible delay. Delivery was scheduled between 48 and 72 hours and I received it more than a week later . I find this really disappointing as I needed my package for a special event and unfortunately I was not able to offer this as it was delayed.

Reception of the parcel very fast. But the product itself does not work on me, I am promised results after 10 days but there I am no difference between before and now that I use the soap ... disappointed with the product.

Very pleasant to use. Leaves the skin very soft after use. I am waiting to see if the product works on acne after use. Fast delivery but not to the delivery place I had chosen. This is not possible. Delivery is also part of the service!

Right from the start your face is clear clean, pleasantly soft skin. However, after a week I started to get a lot of pimples and my skin started to pull. I used the soap in the morning and evening to cleanse the skin and afterwards the oil-free cream. Ps: I have an intolerant skin with a mixed tendency with a sebhoric dermatitis and to crown it all with couperose thanks to genetics...?

Disappointed with pinUp secret I had sent on my customer area the fact that the product I ordered does not work and therefore are used was complicated I never got an answer, nevertheless the products are great so I am shared.

The precious cream dries the skin very much and the oil-free cream also dries the skin very much. On the other hand, soap is super effective!

Despite a rather scary beginning due to a problem with the delivery address, I would like to note that the customer service reacted very well but took a little time (1 month between the order and the reception of the products). Otherwise the goat's milk soap smells great I did not expect this! Plus it is really thick (I thought it was 2x lower)! Can't wait to see the results on my skin! I still think I can recommend PinUp Secret if I'm satisfied with their products 🙂

Product arrived in bad condition all dented. A small effort to make on the packaging given the price at which we pay for the product.

This is a first for me the goat's milk soap, first week of use, I do not see any change on my face for the moment but the face is cleaned thoroughly and the smell is pleasant!

I don't really see any improvement on my acne from the soap. Moreover, on the site they promise an expedition within 24 hours but in my case it has been 72 hours...
