Bad product

My opinion is mixed because I've been using it for a week and a half, and I need a lot more acne pimples than usual, otherwise my blackheads are gone, my skin is less oily. So I'll see you in the next few weeks.

Packages received fairly quickly, the product seems to be effective but we must see over time if the results appear. However the product smells strong.

I have a lot less pimples but this soap dries out the skin very much.

I ordered the goat's milk soap and I have even more pimples than before...

The pump of the oil-free cream bottle does not work.

Hello, I have received my package but I had to go and get it in another town than where I live outside I had clearly specified the post office where my package should be delivered.

The soap stings the skin but you can see that it is effective. The cream is greasy but it smells good, I only use it in the evening. The peel is too aggressive.

After several months of trying, I'm disappointed. I only took the soap. So in July I decide to take the soap. I had a few hot spots but nothing to worry about. Already after 2 weeks of use I had a lot of pimples that came out (a little bigger than heat pimples) and now it's November 10th I still use this soap I don't know why, maybe I didn't want to make a bad comment but here I still have these same pimples. I have an oily skin, I find that it matifies well but this problem of pimples on the cheeks is disappointing. Too bad!

So far I haven't seen any improvement in my skin. To see on the long term. On the other hand disappointed with the customer service. I received my cream without oil and the pump does not work. I sent an email and I was kindly told that they were out of the pump and couldn't send me one but that I just had to cut one end of the pump, that it should work. After doing the test it works every other time. I don't think it's serious !

You should sell the soap with a packaging because it is not very practical once opened and not very hygienic, otherwise the smell is nice and the soap is effective and not aggressive.

I find it a shame to receive the order in a vulgar envelope. Not very pleasant. Delivery problem. Regarding the product not much to say, I'm waiting to see the results.

It's a cleansing soap that works a little but unfortunately it dries a lot so you have to moisturize the skin afterwards !

Yes I have received my order and I am very pleased with the service and the pills. I had previously been paying a very high price through prescriptions from my local GP and I am now able to order online without hassle and delivery charges.

Quite satisfied with the products, especially the goat's milk soap! On the other hand, I had a problem with an exfoliating soap, I sent an email and no answer! Not very serious all that!

Nickel shipment, package OK Goat's milk soap: burns and dries the face the first few days, OK after Peeling: useless, the residues in the hands and wash basin are only residues of the product Precious cream: also burns at first after goat's milk soap, dry skin feeling +++ at first Oil-free cream : pleasant texture I will certainly buy back the goat's milk soap and the precious cream if it keeps improving, but I had to force myself the first days, it was a horror: tightness, redness, pain, dryness... It's starting to get better, we'll see later...

The site itself is simple and clear. But my last order is not satisfactory. Indeed, the cream ordered has a plastic smell and does not have the same smell as the 1st order.

Parcel arrived two weeks after the order, no information transmitted. I had to call several times to find out when my package was going to arrive... But the soap is great, nothing to say, a little expensive but effective!
