Lack of ergonomics to compare products

I received my order within one week of ordering it, and it was on time. It came just as you said it would.

Pas trop mould

Disappointed by the delivery time, it had to be delivered between 48 and 72 hours it arrived almost 15 days after my order .

At first it made my skin soft and then I got even more spots on my face.

Very good products but unfortunately big worries for the delivery (delays and places).

Always happy with the products but very dissatisfied with the service and due delivery time (2 weeks).

Fine, but it makes my skin all dry and white.

For a first order, my soap was lost in delivery, so I'm waiting for it to be sent back to me. It's been super long for a soap

Delivery time much too long

Unusual buttons since I've been using it. That said, this product is normally made to reduce them. Expensive enough for this result... Apart from that, I love the smell but overall disappointed...

Delivery too long but I produced

The product is perfect but the delivery lasted more than 10 days without having an email of explanation or compensation.

Very long delivery and no way to track the order good product however

I received my order two weeks after I placed it, and it was much more descrete than getting it by certified mail.

I was delivered to the wrong post office or I asked for it... it bothered me a lot...

Right now I have even more acne pimples and blackheads than before.

A little expensive but good product !!!

Very disappointed with the peel. The soap makes me pimples but on the other hand treats eczema well.

I used to like this site very much, unfortunately since my last order nothing is going well anymore. Half of my products were open and I sent a message on messenger, they answered me quite quickly but did not offer anything and did not apologize. Also with my last goat milk soap I had two reactions, my skin was burnt, although I've been using this product for 2 years now. It is only when I use the new one that I have a reaction, the dosage is probably wrong.

Delivery time not respected it was very loooooooong but good product it's fine

I love the product but on the other hand the shipping looks like an AliExpress package, in terms of shopping experience, not even an invoice inside nothing at all, a bubble pack and soap inside.

Looks great but not used enough to give my opinion.

Delays a little long

One of the cans was opened and the defective jar was opened.

The products are of very good quality, however the delivery time is not the one indicated on the site. 1 week delivery time instead of 24-48h according to Pin-Up Secret. It would be good to change your information so that you are not surprised by the waiting time for receipt of the package. Thank you!

Good product

I was very satisfied with the goat's milk soap but the precious cream added extra stains and made my face greasy.

The products are fine though, the delivery was not delivered or I had asked for it.

Correct and readable

A little disappointed by the package, with the soaps put in a bubble envelope, not a word, not a "thank you for your order" nothing, it's a pity. After the soaps smell very strong and it's important to know that because personally the smell bothers me. I don't have enough hindsight to tell you if they are effective or not, but during the 1st use I had some tingling around my mouth (we'll see later...) At the price of the soaps, I'm a little disappointed.

I still don't see any difference except that my skin has become softer than usual.

Order delivered to the wrong relay point, a change was made without my approval. Order received late without notice.
