I am bluffed by these products. I have been using the products for exactly 8 days and I have already noticed a clear improvement in my skin, softer, less tightness, less redness and no more pimples (I had very few).
Ad parcel delivered 72h after order which is false I received 2 weeks later. Not happy.

Hello, I have been a fan of your products for years. But my last delivery was not so good. Poorly packaged products. A very small box for 5 items. My 2 creams folded to the limit of being perforated. And defect on the cap of my scrub, forced to open everything for it to come out. Moreover, I took the secret silhouette soap sublime. Do you have to apply it directly to the skin? I just need it for my knees and heels. It's not very pleasant, that's why I'm asking the question. Thank you for your feedback.
