Ordered on february 25th. Package still blocked at the post office on March 9. No refund, no sending of a new order, no commercial gesture. I have to wait 15 working days for the post office to deign to answer. It is therefore the customer who must suffer the consequences. SAV has to be improved.

The goat's milk mask soap is great, I'm waiting to see if I get results with my eczema and the face cream is not bad. I like these products they have no smell and they are natural unlike many other brands where they put lots of junk in their cosmetics.

Order received very quickly! It's been more than a year that my husband and I have been using the goat's milk soap daily and we are delighted! I also have the peeling that I do once a week, I love it! I bought the oil free cream but haven't tested it yet. I recommend this brand with my eyes closed 🙈

Order received very quickly, so from this point of view RAS. On the other hand the product does not keep its promises at all, I had an irruption of buttons like I never had before, it's very red buttons super swollen and itchy ... But beware I bought this product because someone uses it and she never had a problem. It simply does not correspond to my skin, although I do not have a problem skin .... So I am not satisfied unfortunately...
