Packaging that leaves a lot to be desired!

Not nourishing enough

The site by itself is very good you have very good products on the other hand between the moment when the order was shipped and the time at which it arrives at my home is extremely long it happened twice to me to be forced to call back because the first time the order had marked shipped but was not sent and the second there were delays apparently much longer it will be your hobbyhorse for the rest

I received the order 7 days after I placed it, and it was on time. We do not even know if there is a delay, a shortage of a product, it happens, but at least let us know.

The parcel was delivered within a few days, but your package was delivered within the stated period, so your logistics is working smoothly. I was skeptical at first, but I was impressed with the quality of the product and the way they worked so well that I decided to place it here.

I find it too expensive for what it is!

Good quality product and fast delivery. However, during delivery the soap was not properly protected. Bubble wrap but soap dented on all sides. Not great to offer unfortunately...

Fast shipping, however there is no email to confirm the order nor is there a tracking number which worried me a bit at first.

Smell too strong, drying cream, pimples normally absent ... disappointed.

Rather good product my skin is soft and less oily but having a reactive skin and tendency to eczema in the cheeks, I see no improvement on the contrary my cheeks are full of small red pimples. But it's still a good product for the T-zone.

The goat's milk mask dried out my skin a lot, and it didn't work much on my acne.

My daughter has been using the soap and cream for a month and a half now and there is no obvious difference on her pimples, so already the soap is much too expensive for the result. Disappointed by the publicity made around it by the bloggers.

Very disappointed, both with customer service and with the failure to comply with contractual stipulations. Indeed: - I didn't get an answer to the question I asked by email 8 days before, despite a reminder. It was only indicated to me in answer to this reminder that the answers were brought within 4 to 5 working days.... which is not specified anywhere... and even though this precision was brought to me... by return of mail. - it was never answered to my question for lack of professional knowledge and skills. - the indicated delivery times were not respected, I waited 4 times more than the contractually indicated time and I finally started again. And the products are not crazy ...
