I ordered Christmas boxes including a second free soap that I unfortunately did not find at the reception in my package, referring to customer service I had as an answer that the weight carrier was correct, and nothing else despite I sent photos of the package and then out of the package and then again all separate ... more response .... So even though the product seems to be good the service around it really leaves something to be desired.

Very satisfied Satisfied with the products. The soap cleans well but beware of dry skin as it tends to dry out more. The creams are top notch, no smell, smooth and leaves a smooth skin to the touch. The skin is cleaned, smoothed, the pores are refined and the brown spots disappeared. I would continue to buy it. Thanks to the reviews of several other users that made me buy this product.
