I had a rash after using the soap, I have sensitive skin, the rash faded the next day but I will not buy this product again.

Delighted with the goat's milk soap but disappointed with the cream - the pump doesn't work! Given the price I find the return of the seller abused! I tried to cut the stem but nothing changes ! At the price of the product I find it just inadmissible!

When I received a cream that was too compact to use, I almost had to cry to get one back... SAV limit

I have received the order and I am extremely pleased with the service and the pills. I had previously been paying a very high price through prescriptions from my local GP.

Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to the cream.

The cream is good, but there's very little of it. Value for money, I find it a bit expensive.

The site is not ergonoimic and would deserve further development. When you choose a relay point in your professional commune, it is initialized at the nearest relay point to your home. an abbreviation in 2019. So, a note left in the order and a call from 9:00 am after the order allows to take into account the instruction. It's a pity because it serves the products which are of high quality.

I haven't noticed any changes, and new buttons are being installed.

I have found that goat soap has made a difference to my spots and pimples, it does make the skin softer but nothing more. I've been using it for 2 weeks now, maybe on a long term basis, that's what I'm saying.

Package arrived late. The Soap makes the skin much too dry, the smell is not very pleasant and the worst thing after a few seconds of application it makes my face all red with burns. Not very satisfied, especially for such a price for a soap.

Everything went well, but the package took much longer to arrive.

Fast delivery, great packaging but many more pimples on my skin to see on the long term for the precious cream Super texture for the gentle exfoliator, and pleasant smell on the mask soap.

I have received my order with a defective packaging and security seal open, I have sent a claim email and I still have not received a response so very disappointed for my first order.

The products disappointed me from the idea I had of them. The products are not so effective, the imperfections (pimples, redness) have not disappeared, it's even worse. And yet I took the full range. The products smell good and are pleasant but without interest.

I put 3 stars because I sent an e-mail following a problem with my order and after more than 5 days still no answer.

For the moment I see that my skin is very dry and I have even more pimples I will continue to see if it is better afterwards but for the moment I am not convinced.

My products were in dirty boxes inside and broken. I sent evidence to the department concerned, which unloaded and told me that it was the delivery man, which was impossible because the shipping carton was in very good condition. Very disappointed

A little more explanation

I have exzema and when I use it it stings a lot and then the skin pulls me so the soap has to be used with the cream that I didn't buy because unfortunately I hadn't seen it.

The goat's milk soap is great, but the precious cream does not moisturize me enough, I feel tightness and dry patches around the mouth that do not disappear after application.

I bought it for my chores and it didn't work.

Nickel delivery I've been using it for a week now I can't really see the facts I still see buttons despite a smooth and soft touch.
