I've only been using the products for 2 weeks now but I don't see any change except that I have more pimples than before (whereas I don't have acne skin at all). I will continue to use the products to see, but for the moment I find the products not effective and quite expensive.

Parcel delivered to the post office and not to my home....

I just received the products, so too early for results.

I ordered 2 products - soap/mask - oil-free cream Nothing to say about super fast delivery, good order tracking. The soap is fabulous. Unfortunately the oil free cream arrived broken ...

Not enough description and advice to guide in the purchase of products. It's a pity because I liked the products.

I placed an order by paying the shipping costs, and I have to go to the post office to pick up my colie because the postman has the lazy to go up to my house!!

I received the package very damaged and the packaging of the products. Delivery people have to be much more careful!

So far I have no results and even more acne.

I've been using these products for a week so I can't say how effective they are but they seem to be of very good quality. However I was disappointed on 2 points: - Considering the price of the products, I find it a pity that the soap is not supplied with a box, which would facilitate its use to have enough to store it directly - on the batch of 4 products I ordered, only one box was closed by the small label. The 2 others were not, which implies that the products may have been used. And on top of that, a jar of cream was put upside down in the box and the cardboard that is supposed to hold the jar of cream was torn. Which again suggests that this product did not come straight off the production line.

I've had the product for a while now so I don't see the results yet.

My skin is dry, feeling tight.

Unfortunately for me, this product did not suit me at all, dry skin, pimples when at the base I do not have any. On the other hand, it suits my daughter s teenage skin.

With everyone's opinion I thought this product would live up to my expectations. Instead, it made my skin dry, triggered redness and many small white pimples...

I ordered the face box I like the smell of the products which is not too present. I use the products 15 days the imperfections are treated little by little nevertheless I have very dry skin either my sensitive skin needs a little time or I should use products in complement.

Price a bit high for the quality of the product... I find the smell is not pleasant and my skin becomes very dry... damage...

The product itself is good but I don't appreciate the texture, so I use it very little. Next buy the other cream in a jar.

I ordered the soap and I think it's not for me. My facial skin has become rough with an almost grainy appearance. I've always had smooth skin without pimples.

I don't recommend it. Since soon 1 month of use no improvement. On the contrary with each use apapration of new small red button.

For my part, the state of my face is getting worse.

I'm a week away from use, and I'm all for disappointing Insta. I've had a lot of good stuff, and a lot of branding come out. And it doesn't make my complexion glow at all. Me, with scarred skin and acne, I'm disappointed. I'm going to utlu like they say, 1-2 more weeks to see if that soap that gave me these pimples, to be sure.

I've been using it for a week now... and then nothing... my skin hasn't changed, I have very little acne, only occasional but no difference...

I am writing to you today about the sea salt scrub I ordered on January 31, 2019. The product seems to have had a problem; in fact, having ordered it before, I know it is easy to apply and exfoliates the skin effectively... unfortunately, the one I received today is dry, makes large chunks of product (glue-like texture) and is impossible to apply. I'm wondering if it has a defect, as I can't do anything with it. Would it be possible to get a refund or send me a new one? I'm sorry for this concern, but knowing your brand and the quality of your products (especially this one), I'm sure there is a problem. Leaves a soft skin but doesn't help my acne.

The soap was twisted and a little cracked.

Not received at the place I wanted. As I have reduced mobility, I have to go to the farthest post office to pick up the parcel.

Texture at its best, but since I've been using it, pimples appear all over my face...

Happy with the product, however, regarding the delivery, it is a pity that it is not direct home or even deposited in the box the soap alone goes largely, forcing to go to the post office.
