I am very pleased with the product but much less so with the delivery which is only by post and not at a relay point. It's difficult to go to the post office when you have a classic active life so for me it's a big negative point especially considering the rates applied: 26 € for a simple goat's milk soap.

I have received all items in my order in two shipments just as you stated.

No delivery worries, the products are well packed, and the package is beautiful! But they are not at all adapted to my skin, a beautiful allergy and a desiccation as a result. Well disappointed, but I'm sure it can be suitable for other skin types.

At the moment I can't see any difference in my skin. The soap leaves it soft but the result I am waiting to see in time.

I have used the soap and your peel and I have pimpled skin but I don't have acne skin so this product is not suitable for everyone.

I ordered the goat's milk soap and I heard everywhere that it was magic. I have red patches that usually appear on my face from time to time. Since 1 week that I do morning and evening and 1 time a week in mask I have big red and dry non stop patches that make me peel. It itches and burns. I'm disappointed for the price I paid for it I was really expecting a good result not this.

No way to change an error in the delivery address within 2mn after validation yet mail sent. ...I had to pay again shipping costs ...

Products received after the said date, and an error in the order. Still waiting for a coupon to buy the product not sent in the order. I was hoping for a better compensation to correct their error. I'm disappointed with the customer service.

I find soap very, very expensive.

I'm doing the treatments I bought correctly but I don't see any improvement... Maybe in time the results will show!

Pleasant soap, I love the texture and smell but for the moment no improvement on the imperfections (pimples) of my face, I'm waiting to see if with time I see a change.

Right. I've been using it for 10 days without success except for more pimples and dry skin. I am very disappointed.

This soap is supposed to soften the Button. As far as I'm concerned. I've got a lot more.

Delivery too long. And information too vague, we don't know how to use the products.

I cracked after all the sharing on social networks but very disappointed my skin suffers from this so-called miracle product! I have a lot of pimples that have come out after using the products even though my skin didn't have a single one!

I don't see any results unfortunately! And I have pimples coming out ... and still my skin is dry in some places ...

I recommend soap, but for scrubbing as well as cream, I am disappointed...a lot of products like endocrine disruptors and others....

The products may be very well rated but are not suitable for my skin, my skin became very very very very dry after using the soap, I am really disappointed.

Delay in the order . Still waiting for it. But it's the customs so not your fault I guess.

After two weeks of use on a rather dry and acne-prone skin I don't notice any change... (mask soap + precious cream)

My order was delivered via Colissimo but I received it and it arrived barely a week after I placed it, so your package was delivered to me on time and it was perfect as expected.

I got a broken soap, sent pictures but no response.

Good products but not good commercial service I had to pay extra fees to finally receive my products after 1 month of waiting!!!

I've only been using the products for 2 weeks now but I don't see any change except that I have more pimples than before (whereas I don't have acne skin at all). I will continue to use the products to see, but for the moment I find the products not effective and quite expensive.

I ordered 2 products - soap/mask - oil-free cream Nothing to say about super fast delivery, good order tracking. The soap is fabulous. Unfortunately the oil free cream arrived broken ...

Not enough description and advice to guide in the purchase of products. It's a pity because I liked the products.

I placed an order by paying the shipping costs, and I have to go to the post office to pick up my colie because the postman has the lazy to go up to my house!!

I received the package very damaged and the packaging of the products. Delivery people have to be much more careful!

So far I have no results and even more acne.

I've been using these products for a week so I can't say how effective they are but they seem to be of very good quality. However I was disappointed on 2 points: - Considering the price of the products, I find it a pity that the soap is not supplied with a box, which would facilitate its use to have enough to store it directly - on the batch of 4 products I ordered, only one box was closed by the small label. The 2 others were not, which implies that the products may have been used. And on top of that, a jar of cream was put upside down in the box and the cardboard that is supposed to hold the jar of cream was torn. Which again suggests that this product did not come straight off the production line.
