My opinion is very divided, I've been testing the products for a week now and they have completely stripped my skin of its natural oils and caused the appearance of large red patches.

The parcel arrived well packaged: the soap was covered with bubble wrap. However, it did not arrive at the relay point I had chosen.

Super good products, they are part of my daily life, thank you. It's just a pity that the delivery is not easier. I had to limit my order, otherwise I would have to pay a lot of customs fees.

The packaging of the package remained to be desired given the price of the products it is exaggerated! The products are directly put in the box even no protective box just plastic that does not protect 0as at all because I have products that arrived with the packaging all crushed, fortunately it did not break the products!

Package never received. I contacted customer service 2 weeks ago to report it, I was simply told to "wait" without any compensation proposal ... !

When I went to the post office to pick up my package, they gave me another package with bottles of wine, mislabelled. A real circus
