Hello, I have attached a note to my order that has been totally ignored.

There was a product missing from my package, even though it was well invoiced and paid for. After several emails, I finally got my missing product without any commercial gesture from you. 1st order on it.

The soap was broken when he arrived

I was expecting a slightly more professional package, even with the brand name on it, but all I got was a box from a hanger company.

I don't see any change yet.

Goat's milk soap dries my skin very much and the cream burns me.

The product packaging was damaged. The boxes were torn on the inside but not on the outside, as if someone had already touched the products and taken them out of their packaging... strange.

I did not receive my package in the right place.

The prices are a little excessive which prevents me from buying other products unfortunately....

Product spilled in the package

For the price they paid, they could have made an effort when it came to packaging !!! I received my package with 2 creams that opened !!! I lost half of them !!! The jars were scratched and it looks like it was already used !!! Very bad feeling and especially for the price I didn't give !!! No more orders on this site !!!

Sometimes makes the skin dry and a bit expensive for what it is however I no longer have pimples and my skin is smooth

The peel was open and spilled in the box...

One of the products I received arrived damaged, despite my email the same day I received it, I never got any news or received a new product.

I'm a little disappointed, it's been over a week since I placed my order but my package never arrived! I have been very very satisfied with your service and products - indeed, they have saved my relationship, after serious psot-trauamtic disorder after long periods of use. Too bad

You can see the result. So far, I've had a few pimples. It comes and goes. But I still feel like it's working. So, let's wait and see?

Not delivered to the address indicated

I have received the order and I am extremely pleased with the service and the pills. I had previously been paying a very high price through prescriptions from my local GP.

Having left a message with no computer response from you. I'm not satisfied.

I think it's a shame not to have a box or something to store the soap in after use.

Good site. Products are coming in pretty fast.

After 4 days of use, I caught an allergy all over my face with the soap. The peeling has nothing to say 🙂

The products give eczema instead of the other way around.

I sent an email and I didn't get a response... disappointing.

I was disappointed with the packaging. My goat's milk soaps arrived in a letter with bubble wrap, the soaps were all dented and the half torn envelope. This does not take away from my satisfaction with the products, but I was surprised.

It works, but if you stop the product, you'll get some pretty uncool buttons, actually.

After 14 days of use, I am not convinced of the promised effectiveness of this product. My skin problems are still present and I don't see any particular change. I continue to use it, telling myself that maybe it took a little longer to have an effect on some people. Otherwise it is a pleasant soap and I like this little cocooning moment every morning and every evening especially when I do the mask.

No worries with the site or delivery. But unfortunately the products do not suit me

I've been using the products for a week and I'm getting pimples...

The soap in the mask burns my face. The oil-free cream on the other hand I love and the other cream I received I do not appreciate at all it is complicated to remove after application.
