Good products that are effective but I received my package damaged with an open cream that leaked everywhere and the after-sales service never answered me for repair although I made 2 requests.

Nothing more than that.

Package received quickly. Too bad the soap is not a package to keep it, I leave it in the delivery bag because of this fact.

Very disappointed with the smell !

The delivery and processing of my order is fine but I was disappointed with the goat's milk soap.

I'm sorry because after my previous orders I always had a coupon code while for my last order I couldn't find one. And the next day on my facebook with a coupon code I'm disappointed.

I sent an email and I still haven't received any answer !!!

Very fast shipping and the products are of very good quality. However, since I started using the soap, cream and peel my skin is completely dry.

I ordered 1 goat's milk soap and 1 cream and I only received the cream. I complained on January 4th and I still have no news.

I never choose to deliver the package to the post office behind my house and it's always delivered there! It's useless to ask to choose a delivery point if it's not respected!

I'm not the type to be dissatisfied for a little, but to receive a package with products arriving in rather dubious conditions, to start with the seal lozenges undone on the two cans of cream, lid badly closed, product spilled and dry around the jar, very disappointing for a 1st order.

Product that gives you pimples... More interesting discount one week after my purchase, a little bit like being taken for a fool...

Cream products do not conform any protective film on them!

Might be a little clearer to find the products ect too long.

Very disappointed, claiming that soap is very good for the elder, when it does absolutely nothing on a tiny button. Really disappointed, I for one do not recommend it.

Defective bottle. Impossible to use the cream dispenser, I pump air... have to unscrew the tube... that says the rest is fine.

I found that in the order a little note or a paper would have been nice from you because the package stays cold with just the products and then for the moment I don't see any improvement on my skin...let's wait a few more days!

Delivery times longer than estimated

Hello, at the end of November 2018 I ordered a product and to this day I still haven't received it.

I have received the oil-free cream with the push button does not work, I have sent several emails ... To no avail! Deplorable customer service...!

For the moment I don't see too many results even though the products smell very good.

Soap and scrub very good. However, for combination skin, the oil-free cream dries out the skin too much. I use the soap and then the scrub but I prefer a more moisturizing cream for my skin. The oil-free cream does not moisturize it enough.

Ps possibility to pay in virtualis . Oblige to pay in PayPal in this case

I've been testing this product for a week now, well it's a little too much to have an opinion on it but I find that my skin has worsened following the use of these products unfortunately (it burned me from time to time) so I'm waiting to see but in any case If some people have fragile skin like me I advise them not to use pinup secret because some products burn.

The product arrived well, smells very good but dries my skin a lot, I ordered the full package and whatever the cream, I have the same result, very very dry skin all day long, but I really like the smell and the packaging, I don't think I would recommend this though.

The peel and the soap are fine. However, I did not use the day cream I received with the box because it was received upside down in the package and already used?! Half-filled jar... I sent photos + complaint to the after-sales service but no answer.

It's been 4 months now that I've been using the goat milk soap (mask), its precious cream and the peeling and I thought that I would have more results on my skin, but in the end I was a bit disappointed ^^^^.

One of the products was open and spilled. Contacted the department, waiting for an answer.
