I received my package (oil free cream + goat milk soap) but the package was damaged. Inside, the container of the cream was cracked, so there was some outside. (So unusable) I contacted the after sales service but no answer since. I am disappointed for such a brand, with such expensive products.

Quality products, the benefits announced are however a little increased compared to reality (despite diligent use and respect of the advice of use). A little expensive, but I recommend it all the same.

I am disappointed because I had received a message that an error occurred in the delivery of my package. We are doing everything possible to get it back on its way. And on receipt the soap was very damaged! Even broken 😞

I received my package and it was damaged by the carrier. I contacted the pin up customer service who was very reactive and solved the problem as soon as possible.

Great soap, however the delivery was very long and delayed by 4 days... too bad
