For the moment quite disappointed with the product many pimples have appeared following the use of soap and cream.

I ordered a pack with a free soap but I only received my batch without the free soap I left messages to customer service, no response from them! I am disappointed!

I think it's a product that dries the skin too much...

I sent you a message and nobody bothered to answer me. I'm still waiting for an answer!

My package was delivered to a collection point that works from 8am to 10am only while I paid for the delivery to my home (the address was changed). So I took a long time to pick it up because it did not fit with my working hours.

I received my order and it was on time and the pills work great. My wife thanks you, I thank you, the bed thanks you, the room , sheet, etc............... I can't use this treatment, for reasons of hygiene... Can you return the product to me?

I got very dry skin.

I thought the peel was more effective than this, I didn't have so much skin to remove and I have some redness on my face.

Big problem with the delivery. I had ordered two soaps for Christmas gifts which I received long after I had placed the order early enough and had received an email several days before Christmas indicating that the package had been shipped. I only received the package a few days after Christmas and it was impossible to track the shipment, and the package was delivered to a completely different address than the one I selected when I placed the order. Concerning the product itself, I have only been able to use it once since I received it.

Unfortunately, I cannot give an objective opinion on the products as my order was completely destroyed and the products arrived broken and emptied into the shipping carton!

Already ordered the goat's milk cream and the goat's milk soap, which I was very pleased with. So I recommended some with the extra peeling in the box. But then once the peel is applied it sticks to the dubet of the face and does not come off. It makes little balls of glue that are very unpleasant and it hurts to remove. One thing is sure is that I won't do it anymore... if I had to give a mark to this peeling it would be a 0 ??

The plusses: Quality products that keep their promises. The minuses: the price is very high, the website is not very well done, there are not enough boxes on offer.

The products seem fine but the package arrived damaged and no response was given to the complaint about this problem.

Package received quickly. I'm fine with the care at the moment. What I find regrettable in view of the price of the products is that the oil-free cream that is in 1 dispenser does not work! The pump looks blocked... I had to take everything apart to put cream... so bof bof bof.

I bought the cream without oil and the soap I am very satisfied with the soap but concerning the cream I do not recommend it at all it has a very thick appearance on the skin and if we look at the composition we find dimethicone then I do not see how apart from clogging the pores of the skin this cream can it improve the appearance In the end I would take the soap but not the cream

Not exfoliating enough for my taste. The smell's a little chemical. But I'm still satisfied with this product

I did receive the package on time but I never got an answer to my email regarding the amount debited which does not seem to be the right one. I am satisfied with the product but not with the service.

The oil-free cream is full of toxic products that can give cancer. It is very unpleasant to apply and gives a lot of pimples. The soap is not bad. To conclude, these products are much too expensive for what these. Favour organic products and not this brand especially! The use you make of youtubeuse to sell your products is outrageous! You really take us for pigeons. I will never recommend your products.

The products are very good but unfortunately the precious cream was not very firm and to be poured and dried out of the jar! It was a Christmas present and I just opened it, can you find a solution for me?

Product that doesn't come from France and we don't really know what's in it.

The delivery time is quite long, the peeling and the face soap are very good but the precious cream which is recommended for dry skin is not suitable at all it does not moisturize enough.

The products are great! But the delivery time is very long...

The product arrived 10 days after my order whereas it was expected 48 to 72 hours delay. I only had a return regarding my order after I called customer service to ask for an explanation. My package was apparently available at the relay point that I had selected but I had not been notified ... apart from the details of the delivery I am rather satisfied with my purchase. The product was well packaged, and after a few uses I'm happy with it.

When I opened my package, the mud pack didn't have its lid and so a good part of the mud pack is poured into the box.
