So I'm extremely disappointed with the peel...not easy to put on a lot of residue and it's hard to remove...

The peel is lumpy on application so I don't feel the product staying on my face and the goat's milk mask soap has started to irritate part of my face after a week of use. However, I didn't let it sit on my face, I just used it as a cleansing soap... Otherwise the creams are very good!

I have not yet received my order.

The site is good but as far as the soap I ordered it's been a week now I'm using and I have even more pimples than before.

A little long on the delivery side

Delivered in a simple box, no packaging, no small word, no marketing

No results so far. And the customer service is deplorable, not to say non-existent.

Code which said that the delivery was free but did not specify that it was limited to metropolitan France. Not packed enough since the packaging of the product was torn. What they get is that their products are good, because the rest leaves something to be desired. Order placed on November 24th and received on December 4th! Personally I ordered the goat's milk soap and the face scrub.

Product received quickly but I have not yet seen any results on my skin.

My package was not delivered where I requested. I had to drive 25 km to pick it up when the delivery had to be made 200 m from my workplace.

Living in arnage I had asked for the delivery in the post office of my town but the parcel arrived in a bakery in the mans.

Leaves a sensation of purity and softness but does not eliminate imperfections. To be seen in the long term.

Parcel pending at the collection point because I was not present I would have preferred that the parcel be put back in my mailbox if it would have been possible.

The texture of the soap and cream is great my skin is super soft but after 10 days of treatment in the morning and evening I still have my redness and rosacea spots I thought it was a pity !!!!

I have received my package, I just find that the boxes of products could be smaller (to avoid overpacking). And I'm in the middle of a test phase.

The package had to be shipped the same day because the order was placed at 9am but given to the post office 2 days after so disappointed with the delivery service. Product whose effects are not yet visible after several uses

Your site is really good, nothing to say because everything is indicated. On the other hand the Colissimo partnership is to be watched. My package arrived half crushed. Luckily the products arrived intact! I'll send you pictures if you need them.

Hello, I like bcp products, on the other hand the service after more than disappointing and unprofessional!! When I placed my first order I had a problem with one of the products, so I sent an email and then a phone call and then p'us News or solution !!!!! And for the second order I just received my soap which is full of blow !!!! Be well aware that it is for your products and certainly not for the after sales service whether by mail by phone or on Instagram!!!

2nd order and again I am not given my parcel number, you have to call for it. My second package was misplaced. Luckily found but if the products are fine, there is some progress expected in the delivery process. I was told by email that it had been shipped, but it was only given to the post office several days later, at my request!

I was supposed to receive my package within 48 hours and then it took 6 days. Otherwise, I use it every day since I received it, I can already see the difference....I expect a lot from it. Thank you
