A broken item...

We haven't tried it yet, but I'm going to place another order for Christmas.

Very expensive for what it is.

Hello, I like bcp products, on the other hand the service after more than disappointing and unprofessional!! When I placed my first order I had a problem with one of the products, so I sent an email and then a phone call and then p'us News or solution !!!!! And for the second order I just received my soap which is full of blow !!!! Be well aware that it is for your products and certainly not for the after sales service whether by mail by phone or on Instagram!!!

2nd order and again I am not given my parcel number, you have to call for it. My second package was misplaced. Luckily found but if the products are fine, there is some progress expected in the delivery process. I was told by email that it had been shipped, but it was only given to the post office several days later, at my request!

I was supposed to receive my package within 48 hours and then it took 6 days. Otherwise, I use it every day since I received it, I can already see the difference....I expect a lot from it. Thank you

It took me more than 2 months to receive my order but someone took over my file after several calls and arranged everything.

Use of soap and cream without oil. After 4 months no improvement on my skin. Really very disappointed!!

The quality of the products is great, there's nothing to complain about. However, when it comes to receiving my parcels, they never arrive at the right place, although I always check the same post office.

No possibility to track the package. Too bad, the products are giving me pimples. I bought them in the hope of getting rid of them, but the effect is the opposite!

After a month I don't see any difference I ordered the peeling in addition to a new soap to see on the long term.

I had ordered 2 goat's milk soaps in addition to other products and there was only one in the package.

No problem to receive the package. But for the product I am not satisfied

So far no conclusive results so I can't put a good mark. I'm waiting for a little more hindsight to give my opinion.

The precious cream was open inside the package,

Lipstick looks pretty good, lasts half a day but does not last after eating. The problem is that it took 12 days to get 2 lipsticks! So not sure I'd recommend it. The concept is nice though.

I expected better appalling face products.

The peel had no more effect than that.

Not bad the soap ends very quickly though.

I placed two orders on the site. The first time I received a broken, crumbled and unpackaged soap in my mailbox. This time it is the pump bottle of my day cream that does not work.

Products arrived damaged

I'm getting emails that aren't meant for me and it's creepy !!!

Very long time to receive the package

It is unfortunate that this company uses a carrier who does not transmit the necessary information to pick up the parcel that has arrived . I wrote 3 times to get the elements, no answer from Pinup-secret. It was my first order with them and it will certainly be my last one !

Not natural as indicated and not so effective

I have an acne problem (not huge) but it didn't work at all I wash myself morning and evening every day and put the cream without alcohol but no result so not satisfied at all More the price and exorbitant

Site well presented but not satisfied with the products purchased.

According to the reviews I had read it was great against pimples and unfortunately it had no effect on my skin still pimples after 1 month of use soap and cream.

The day cream dries out my skin... This is not what I'm looking for.

The delivery time is too long and I sent an email to customer service I never got an answer or a return????

I bought the soap that had incredible reviews. I thought it would solve my late acne problems, however I was very disappointed as it made my acne worse. I used the soap for over a month but I didn't even finish it as my acne had become so bad I couldn't manage it.

Average improvement on my skin, I had a big pimple flare-up for 2 months while I have rather a skin with moderate acne. I find the product a bit expensive for what it is. To see if you don't have to persevere to see real results.

Didn't work on my skin

As soon as I received it, I cleaned myself every day with the soap + mask twice a week. After 15 days I had extra dry skin and it burned a lot. I limit myself to 1 mask per week and I clean less often with soap.

My skin is very dry with this product and I haven't seen any change in the pimples I have seen more.
