Site well presented but not satisfied with the products purchased.

According to the reviews I had read it was great against pimples and unfortunately it had no effect on my skin still pimples after 1 month of use soap and cream.

The day cream dries out my skin... This is not what I'm looking for.

The delivery time is too long and I sent an email to customer service I never got an answer or a return????

I bought the soap that had incredible reviews. I thought it would solve my late acne problems, however I was very disappointed as it made my acne worse. I used the soap for over a month but I didn't even finish it as my acne had become so bad I couldn't manage it.

Average improvement on my skin, I had a big pimple flare-up for 2 months while I have rather a skin with moderate acne. I find the product a bit expensive for what it is. To see if you don't have to persevere to see real results.

Didn't work on my skin

As soon as I received it, I cleaned myself every day with the soap + mask twice a week. After 15 days I had extra dry skin and it burned a lot. I limit myself to 1 mask per week and I clean less often with soap.

My skin is very dry with this product and I haven't seen any change in the pimples I have seen more.

Soap is great, as far as cream is concerned, it does not hydrate at all (biometrological check).

Probably quality products, but without any real results on the skin for my part...

I saw no effect on my skin with the goat's milk soap and the precious cream.

I have the goat's milk soap and the vic has no effect on my mild acne.

The soap did not improve the condition of my acneic skin no change despite more than a month of use.

Goat's milk soap does not work on facial redness or brown spots.

I have fragile skin and I thought it was going to be a good product but it didn't. It irritated and dried my skin.

When I use the secret pin-up soap I find that my skin is extremely dry.

The result is not there

I really like the smell, but I've had a lot of pimples because of your products. VOID.

Nothing more than a basic facial cleanser.

The mask/cleaner is a good product but no miracle effect. Not recommended for dry skin and quite expensive.

The soap exacerbated my acne and made my skin so dry even after moisturizing.

Thank you for your follow up, I did receive the pills and had an opportunity to try them. I am very happy, so is my girlfriend. And the products don't meet my expectations

Package not packed enough pieces of my soap were broken during transport due to the thinness of the packaging. I took a package with signature, no signature the package was deposited directly in the mailbox while I was present at home all day.

I got it all cracked up and a little bit in pieces... but the soap is still effective against acne.

Disappointed with the cream and soap to be applied as a mask has trouble foaming.

The bedside milk saving isn't bad but it doesn't work miracles. Piling is useless.

The quality of the product is not crazy and the packaging doesn't make up for it.

I was supposed to get the package at home, they sent it to a relay point. But product correct.

I find it inadmissible to pay shipping costs to receive the package within 48 hours and to receive it almost 1 month after validating the order when the payment had been debited from my bank account.

The cream pump wasn't working, I asked customer service for a new pump... I haven't had much return since. Too bad I managed otherwise...

Top product. On the other hand, the packaging leaves something to be desired in view of the price of the products. No samples or leaflets to learn about new products.

Hello I'm disappointed with the products it's been almost 2 months I use the soap I have big pimples and abscesses on my chin ... I'm going to stop using it I had a beautiful skin before ... I bought 3 soaps and a cream without oil because expensive products and I wanted to take advantage of a good promotion Now I will try to resell it to someone who has a less fragile skin A.Schmitt

I got the cream without oil but the pump is broken.

I got the package a little bruised and the soap crushed...
