The product has a tendency to pilling when barely applied to the skin, which makes it difficult to apply. I have to put more product on, I feel like it's a waste. On the other hand, it makes the skin soft but not totally purified/disinfected.

They had to send one back to me and I still haven't received anything. And in my last order. My package was sent to the wrong relay point.

The site has some bugs (on mobile), the pages often have trouble loading. But delivery ok.

I received the products but the cream that completes with the goat soap, lambout was broken I was able to switch lambout with another of my products otherwise I could not have used the cream because even if we press the cream did not come out. It's a long term product since I've been trying them out the buttons haven't gone right away I still have some left. After its dried out a lot for my par, after the precious cream I need to put another cream on my face because I feel that my skin tightens otherwise I like it.

I am very happy with the service and the pills work great, I had previously been paying a very high price through prescriptions from my local GP. I was a bit disappointed with my second order!
