My daughters and I are big fans of the brand, especially the soap and the precious cream which have significantly reduced their acne marks. I wouldn't change brands.

Very good products which I am very satisfied with! However, I placed an order to benefit from a promotional offer and I did not get the advertised offer. Despite my emails to customer service, my request was not taken into account. I am therefore dissatisfied with the management of customer relations.
