Package received intact but late. Inside, my day cream empty in its box. It was supposed to be because of the transport, but the cap is not closed. Should have been refunded, I'm still waiting. I will not order again.

Customer service contact several times with always the same answer, we are sorry for this exceptional delay and that's all. No compensation, no commercial gesture, nothing at all!
