Very good product that my granddaughter has been using for some time.

Some box in my package was damaged and the delivery took too long 12 days. I had to pay 22 francs for customs when I thought the delivery was free. I didn't think I had to pay for it when I placed my order through customs.
Quality products. I have been using the soap mask for several months and my children who have very sensitive and reactive skin, the skin problems have disappeared. A bit expensive, I take advantage of a coupon code as soon as I have one, often given by @clemenceandanna on Instagram.

The box box was damaged and the packaging boxes containing the products were also damaged, but for the products themselves perfect.

Good product
I am rather mitigating because the soap is well textured the smell is great but for me it did not make miracles it did not decrease my pimples, and the big negative point is that the soap is already small after 1 month of use morning and evening so it is good otherwise apart from that it is good.
My beauty products finally arrived. A little late in delivery for the first time but responsive customer service. Thank you for your business!

Delivery time much too long. Order placed on February 15 and parcel received on March 4, 2021. After several mails and phone call to get news about my package. I thought I had a commercial gesture from them but nothing. A little disappointed all the same.

I have psoriasis and frankly since I have been using soap plus cream nothing has changed I am quite disappointed because the influencers said it was THE miraculous PRODUCT.
Super happy with the soap and the cream on the other hand the mask no explanation in French or really too small to read. A question do you have any cream as an evening cream Thank you.

The products look good, I haven't seen any improvement yet but I haven't been using it for very long so I'll have to see. The soap is very good, the only drawback is that the gentle exfoliator may be a little too gentle, I don't think it really exfoliates.
