Excellent on all counts. Product quality and on-time delivery in chronofresh mode. One suggestion: the management of a desired date for delivery is not optimal...check with Chronopost?

The truffles were good. The only downside was the delivery! Chronofreche were two days late in delivering and I even had to pick them up myself from the depot on the third day! Unacceptable! Plantin has nothing to do with it, but it's up to you to pass on our dissatisfaction. Sincerely

Received 1 day late due to the holidays, but what flavors! The Chronofresh parcel was very well packaged, and the fresh truffles even more so. I'll definitely recommend it.

Disappointed! Out of 100g of truffles, about half were of mediocre quality, as if they had been kept too long before dispatch. We ate them 24 hours after receipt.

a very nice address, I was missing my truffle in my parcel (human error and given the period it's understandable) and plantin sent it to me by trusting me, I'm very satisfied as always.
