I temper: Book is top-notch, however despite my various messages (3/11) where I informed you that I couldn't get the free shipping as announced on your homepage, these were charged to me. I requested to be credited the €5.70 on my credit card to date: nothing. I sent a message via your contact form and exchanged emails with Sophie.

It's cute but for the price since it's the same photo, it doesn't look very good. My mother did it on another site and each page has a different photo, but my son liked it a lot since he is the hero. However, since it doesn't change expressions, he gets bored halfway through the story.

Fast and efficient, too bad we can't include multiple people in the book.

Order received quickly, good quality and very nice book with the child's photo. However, I do not give 5 stars, because I find the book expensive, and I had no promotion, I waited more than a month before ordering it hoping that as a new customer I would maybe get a promotion but nothing at all! And of course now that I have my book, I am offered discounts!!!! So beautiful book, nothing to complain about, but still expensive and shipping costs are very high too!

This is the second time I order from this site. The books are very well made and of good quality. However, I paid shipping costs twice for 2 books ordered at the same time

Paper too thin for young children and the photo is not adjusted to the body, sloppy work. I will not recommend to my relatives...
