Online reservation. Quick, simple and great price. Top welcome in the store. Equipment matching my reservation. I would have just liked skis in better condition (base and glide perfect but aesthetically skis quite worn out, you can really feel the end of the season). Team in the store is great who assisted me with my refund request following an early return after an injury from a fall. Overall very positive as every year for the past 5 years.
