When your connection goes through a foreign router, the system proposes the prices before tax, but once you enter your address, it detects a delivery in France and gives the VAT of 20% on the summary. We're aware that this can lead to misunderstandings, and we're trying to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, it still happens rarely, but it's always there. We are sincerely sorry, but in any case there was no discount or price change, just a price excluding tax.
