Great service! I was looking for a pair of pants in a size L and it wasn't available on the site. I contacted customer service, who were able to offer me one the next day. I was able to place my order at 3pm and the item was at my home the next day at 1pm !!!! Congratulations on your professionalism!

Good products. Alas, a rather deplorable delivery service, but in line with Chronopost. I chose a relay point in Lyon 4º: a Bureau de Tabac that was always open. But as luck would have it, the deliveryman found it closed .... so I had to go and collect the parcel from the Chronopost offices 20 km away, and these gentlemen were overzealous: my father, who came to collect the parcel for me, had to go there twice: I needed a copy of my passport and a certificate stating that I was authorizing my father, who has the same name as me, to collect the parcel! Chronopost has a habit of not delivering certain parcels to make its rounds more profitable... I advise Précision Ski to change service provider... because I remind you that when you buy on an Internet site, it's in theory to avoid having to move .....
