Hello, I'm sure it's not your fault but the delivery wasn't made until Saturday 30th at 1pm, which was scheduled. Knowing the price of this express option, I was very disappointed, especially since I was leaving on Sunday and couldn't use the kid harness during my week of vacation. Not only did I have to pay for a fast delivery for nothing, but I also had to pay for the rental of a harness on site for my daughter. That's almost 30 lost because of this delay. According to the parcel tracking service, it was indeed the post office that failed to meet its deadlines.
