Great responsiveness following an item error when Précision Ski prepared the order; the correct item was reshipped the same day as our phone call and received the very next day! Very friendly welcome.
After 10 days of going round in circles, my order disappeared from the postal tracking system. Apparently, they can't ship outside France, so they simply cancelled my order and refunded my money, 15 days before Christmas! My bank had blocked the initial transaction for security reasons, so I should have known better.

The choice of items is interesting and the delivery date was respected. It's just a shame that I wasn't able to take advantage of the advertised 15% discount. When I placed my order, I was unable to enter the code corresponding to this discount. Unless it's when you're asked if you've been sponsored and therefore have to enter an e-mail or code, but in that case it's not very clear. Apart from this drawback, I'm happy with the product (cap) as described on the site!
