Hello Mathieu, We are sincerely sorry for this delay in delivery and understand that it may have been inconvenient, however we unfortunately have no record of contact by email or via our chat on your part. Secondly, your parcel was indeed dispatched on Tuesday May 16 as planned, however the carrier was indeed late and as Ascension Thursday was a public holiday, it was only delivered to you on Friday May 19, which actually makes three days late (or even two as public holidays are considered non-working days). What's more, if you had tried to contact us by e-mail over the long weekend, you would have known that customer service was closed for four days and that all requests would be answered on Monday. We understand your dissatisfaction and we will refund your shipping costs on a commercial basis, however, in my opinion it is unjustified to give such an opinion about our company and our customer service, which is always keen to help you whenever possible. If you are in the UK do not buy on this website as you will have to pay extra taxes. Customer support has been useless (they were supposed to cancel the order and claim it back). Instead they let the delivery happen and I finally paid the extra taxes (£45 in addition to the price of the item at £189). I am now fighting to get the tax paid by Precision Ski as it was not clearly indicated that I would have to pay extra taxes.
